PAN Arab Education Consultant Center (PACC) believes that knowledge is a human right that must be provided using the latest ICT technologies to achieve the maximum benefit from the process of transferring knowledge. Therefore, the Center includes an explicit knowledge database that includes educational curricula of interactive books, videos, and lessons prepared with augmented virtual reality technology, in addition. To scientific conferences and visual and interactive educational participations through a virtual educational network to transfer and communicate knowledge to everyone using all-things technology, which allows digital content to be displayed using computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and devices for virtual reality, augmented reality, and virtual reality augmented with 3D technology.
